In BankOnLine, you can create customized account alerts that notify you of activity via email, text message, or push notification in the app. This is useful for monitoring transactions and watching for fraudulent activity.
With account alerts, you can set two types of alerts.
|Alerts that can be used to notify you when an account balance either falls below or climbs above a dollar amount you set.
|Alerts that can be set for credits (deposits) and/or debits (withdrawals).
From the dashboard select the account you want to manage.
After selecting Alert Preferences, you will be able to set up new or edit existing alerts.
From the dashboard or accounts screen, select the account you wish to manage, then select Alert Preferences.
From there, you can set up new or edit existing balance or transaction alerts.
